The Event | Saturday, April 18, 2015 – 6:15 to 10:30 pm
Fresh is a beautiful, Al Fresco spring evening featuring wine, locally crafted beer and gourmet food sourced from River Road Gardens and local farms. Bid on specialty themed class baskets and cap the evening off with dancing to the music of Tucson’s premier Latin fusion band, Santa Pachita. It’s a night of joyful celebration, candlelight and laughter under the stars. Join us for Fresh 2015, as we raise money to benefit the Tucson Waldorf School.
The Silent Auction begins at 6:15 closes at 8pm and features specialty themed baskets brimming with one-of-a-kind experiences and unique treasures from our community. This is a great time to enjoy the company and bid on items.
Donations of Items & Services
To make Fresh! a successful fundraising affair, we rely on parents and our extended community to attend and support our event through sponsorships. Many grandparents and alumni families take part, and it is a great way to demonstrate your generosity (and promote your business!). We warmly welcome the unique opportunities you can offer. Such donations could include a stay in your vacation home, a chocolate and wine tasting, sporting / concert tickets, private music or dance lessons, or special outings to places you love. If you are interested in donating a unique item, or feel you would be able to complement another class’s basket, the Development Office is more than happy to discuss this with you or brainstorm ideas. To make a donation, please contact the office. Donations should be received no later than April 8, 2015 to be included in the auction. TWS is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization and your donation is fully tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. We also ask merchants in the Tucson community to make donations. If you have a relationship with a shop, restaurant, or service provider, we will be happy to provide you with donation forms and help in any way. Contact Jennifer Moore, our Development Director, at 520.529.1032 or email@example.com for questions and donation leads.
