DESCRIPTION:Leo Klein\, a self-taught Dutch artist and educator\, spends a few months each year traveling the U.S. and mentoring teachers and parents in schools across the nation. Leo Klein exhibits widely in the Netherlands and North America. His work is found in private collections in many countries. “It is the task of art to change the world. With every artwork we create something in the world that does not get lost. Through art we develop the ability to transform something of a lower quality into a higher one. My paintings are created out of this mood and awareness. They carry the title ‘Healing the Earth.’” -Leo Klein
