FAQs:

What is the Annual Fund?

Every year our financial committee reviews the past year’s budget and plans the budget for the year to come. Through past year’s analysis we’ve determined that tuition makes up about 80% of what we need to keep the school operating. The Annual Fund Goal  is the remaining amount that needs to be raised  to fill the gap between tuition and true cost. Our generous donors allow us to keep our tuition competitive while keeping true to our values.

Is the Annual Fund the same as the Arizona Tax Credit Program ?

No, it is not the same. Using  the Arizona State Tax Credit program costs you nothing extra, as you can direct funds you already pay (or owe) in state taxes. Tax Credits  help to provide need-based scholarships for Tucson Waldorf School students, but cannot be applied to our operating costs.
