Arianna Hunter grew up in Southern Oregon in a small town with strong community values. She was raised amongst Waldorf families, and although she did not receive a Waldorf education, she was raised with many of the same principles that exist in Waldorf pedagogy. Arianna graduated from Prescott College with a Bachelor of Arts in Adventure Education and Human Development and Psychology. This led Arianna to guiding outdoor trips for youth, teaching primitive skills, and teaching children how to live outdoors with minimal equipment. Arianna loves the outdoors and spends as much time as she can exploring the mountains and canyons of beautiful Arizona.
Before attending Prescott College, Arianna spent two years studying Herbalism and Ayurveda and continues to practice the art of holistic healing and health in her daily life. Arianna is passionate about teaching and sees the brilliance and beauty in all children. She is interested in bringing out the best in each child and lovingly guiding their minds, bodies, and souls to learn. Arianna looks forward to growing alongside her students and intends to start a Waldorf Teacher Training in the coming year.
