Geneva was born and raised in Georgia, and graduated from UGA. She studied Environmental Education in college, but through the twists and turns of life ended up working in Marketing for a small inn in Tucson.
Geneva homeschooled her daughter Prairie for preschool using Waldorf techniques, and upon settling in Tucson enrolled her here at TWS. Geneva loves being a part of the Tucson Waldorf School community and enjoyed supporting students in their journey from early education into the grades as Grades Assistant for the 24-25 school year.
She’s excited to combine her love of Waldorf pedagogy with her background in marketing for her new role as Marketing & Communications Director.
When not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband Andy, their daughter Prairie, and their two naughty cats PeaPod and Daisy, traveling, and exploring their new home in the Sonoran desert.
